As the largest cruise line catering to the British market, P&O Cruises offer a very wide choice of sailings from the UK.
P&O's modern fleet offers something for everyone. Aurora and Oriana emphasise the sophistication of a traditional cruise, with the smaller Artemis able to take you to less visited ports. Arcadia and Oceana are ultra-modern liners providing a more youthful, contemporary cruise holiday and the exciting new superliner, Ventura, is very much designed with families in mind.
Family cruising with P&O
Arcadia and Artemis are child-free, however the rest of the fleet have great facilities for children. The well-qualified Youth Crew organise clubs, games and activities suited to specific age groups.
A night nursery and an in-cabin listening service is available and the accommodation presents a range of choices for the family, from inter-connecting cabins to cabins with extra beds or sofa beds.
Family entertainment ranges from chill-out rooms and teen discos on all child-friendly ships, to a giant Scalextric track, circus school and 3D cinema on Ventura. And look out for Noddy and the Mr Men onboard Ventura too.
Destinations
P&O's UK-based cruises sail mostly from Southampton to many destinations around the globe, particularly Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Atlantic islands. Ventura will make regular sailings from Southampton from April to October to the Mediterranean, Baltic and Atlantic Islands. Currently, Arcadia, Aurora and Oriana offer around-the-world voyages from Southampton. |
