P&O cruises direct from the UK
The largest cruise line catering to the British market, P&O Cruises offers something for everyone. Aurora and Oriana emphasise the sophistication of a traditional cruise. Arcadia and Oceana offer a more contemporary cruise holiday and the superliners, Ventura and Azura are designed with families in mind. Adonia is a smaller ship with a traditional style.
Family or child-free cruising choice with P&O
Adonia, Arcadia and Oriana are child-free ships aimed at adults. Family-friendly Aurora, Azura, Oceana and Ventura have great facilities for children, with clubs, games and activities suited to specific age groups.
Dining on P&O ships
All P&O ships feature Club Dining in main restaurants, with dining at the same table each night at the same time. On Azura, Oceana and Ventura the Freedom Dining option allows choice of time and venue each night. The ships have alternative speciality restaurants, Marco Pierre White or Atul Kochhar celebrity restaurants, and buffet restaurants.
Appropriate wear is required for evening admission to the ships' bars and restaurants. On a typical 14-night cruise there are normally 4 'black-tie' evenings, some 'smart, jacket required' evenings, and 6 to 10 'evening casual' occasions.
P&O cruise destinations from the UK
P&O's UK-based cruises sail from Southampton, mainly to the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Atlantic islands. Occasional sailings cross to the Caribbean and back, and some ships offer round-the-world cruises during the UK winter.
