At Aqualina, you’ll find some of Italy’s most authentic dishes. Pastas made from scratch, traditional recipes, and scrumptious vegetarian dishes that make sure there’s something for everyone. Plus our famous desserts: Sorrento lemon liqueur mousse, hazelnut chocolate soufflé and more.

Prime C

Your choice of steak, cooked to perfection. Herb-coated rack of lamb, duck confit and Chilean sea bass—all paired with savory sides. At Prime C, you’re in for more than delectable dining. Expect an great evening with stunning views and lush décor.

The Wine Cellar

You’ll be hard-pressed to find such a collection of limited production, small label and rare vintage wines anywhere on the high seas! And with vintages from France to California, and Argentina to South Africa, you’re sure to find a wine to suit your palate and your journey. Discoveries Restaurant (complimentary)

Discover the world through dishes and flavors from the places we visit. Of course, you’ll also enjoy a wide variety of nightly selections such as filet mignon with black truffle sauce. Reservations are not accepted. Choose being seated at a table for two or as part of a larger group of fellow guests.

The Patio and Swirl & Top (complimentary)

Casual “pool grill” by day. Then, fine tablecloths and flickering candles will set the mood for a sit-down al fresco dining experience by night. Taste your way around the world with exclusive personalized dishes using local flavors of the places we visit on our Destination Immersion® cuisine dinner menu served by our professional wait staff. And for a little touch of whimsy, a self-serve frozen yogurt station—Swirl & Top. Mosaic Cafe (complimentary)

Comfortable and stylish, Mosaic is the place where you’ll find your favorite coffee drinks, just the way you like. Try our Nespresso specialty coffee (for a fee). Slip into a comfortable seat and sip for a while. The perfect place to start (or end) your day, no matter where you are in the world. This just might become your favorite area on the ship.

Windows Café

Our daily themed dinner often takes its inspiration from the region we’re visiting—Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian. We also create an extra live station made from local ingredients purchased in port: Greek salad made with local feta (Greece), pasta prepared with local mushrooms (Italy), fresh Mussels served with garlic bread (Netherlands).

Room Service

The best time for room service? Whenever you say it is, 24-hours a day. Order from the full breakfast menu between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM, and we’ll deliver at your appointed time. Lunch and dinner room service features a menu of hearty soups, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, pizzas and desserts.

A cozy nook to sip coffee. An intimate space to raise a glass and celebrate. A lively setting to catch the latest shows and international entertainment. Our onboard coffee corner may very well become your favorite nook on the ship. And with elegant and comfortable furniture, it's bound to be one of the the most stylish places, too. You'll find all your favorite coffee drinks and you can order them just the way you like. We recommend that you slip right into a comfortable seat and sip for a while—you never know who'll walk by.

Discoveries Lounge

Located just outside Azamara’s main restaurant, this congenial bar is a favorite gathering place for pre- and post-dinner conversation and drinks. Bar service includes a full selection of fine wines, mixed drinks, and premium spirits…plus the entertaining banter of Azamara’s friendly bartenders.

The Living Room

The idea of the Living Room is just that. To “live in” and to enjoy time with friends and fellow guests! Much of the room is furnished as a living room, with clusters of large comfortable chairs and sofas....

On the starboard side of the Living Room, guests will find the Card Room for those who love a round of Bridge or other games.

Cabaret Lounge

Enjoy live performances of professional full-stage musical revues, classical soloists, bands and other entertainment in a cabaret nightclub with a full bar and cozy tables. You could see as many as three distinctly different shows while onboard. And considering the cost of theater and entertainment tickets back home, isn’t that nice?

The Den

The Den features a flat-screen TV and full bar, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends, watch sports events or simply sit around the tall tables and exchange stories with fellow guests. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail while our cocktail pianist every evening tickles the ivories and entertain you with soothing background music. The energy usually picks up later in the evening, so stick around and enjoy a fun night with your travel companions.

The Drawing Room

This library is one of the quiet jewels of Azamara, a peaceful and beautifully appointed space for reading or relaxing after dinner. Browse the collection and feel free to borrow the library books. Or simply relax in the tranquil atmosphere. But our library goes beyond just paper, we have interactive digital tabletops so you can make your own postcards and post to social media to share your adventures with the folks back home. The library is also home to our impressive Inspiration Center—a digital way to explore the world with Azamara and gain inspiration for your next voyage.

A little friendly competition is healthy. Unwind with our stellar selection of onboard activities aimed at stoking your inner competitor. Test your pop culture knowledge at trivia, your luck at bingo, or hone your creativity with arts & crafts. From line dancing classes to Q&A sessions—and everything in between—the greatest fun happens to be at sea.

Live Music

What better than live music before – or after – dinner. From our cocktail pianist in The Den (Spirits Bar on Azamara Journey), to our Quartet in the Living Room, there is music for every taste. Our five-piece band will entertain you prior to show time every night. Throughout the evening you can enjoy a myriad of music genres, even on request. Then, of course, late night in the Living Room is when the DJ features great dance music and the occasional karaoke night. ABBA night is our biggest party night where you can channel your inner dancing queen (or king). Not to be missed whether you are an ABBA fan, or not.

White Night

During our return to service, our White Night event has been modified to comply with current health protocols and will be temporarily known as Bright Night. Sun Deck

This deck is available for guests enjoying the sun and views from high up. It is also a beautiful vantage point for sunsets (or sunrises), and a quiet stroll at night. For those who love shuffle board, this is the place to go.

The Pool

While spending daytime sun-drenched and relaxed by the pool, don’t think of missing Azamara’s famous White Night party held at least once on every cruise (weather permitting). Colorful décor and linen-draped tables, a fabulous buffet feast, and boutique wines on the house make this an event like no other. Not to forget the fun and fast-paced show our entertainment team puts on.

Salon favourites: Special packages of hair and scalp renewing rituals, milk-and-honey manicures and pedicures with massages, and barbering and grooming services.

Fitness Centre & Personal Training (Gym)

The secret to maintaining vitality? Exercise more. Many Azamara guests are eager to do just that, and we make it easy with complimentary group classes like sunset yoga on the deck, Pilates, cycling, core workouts, and nutrition classes.

Not the class type? Then head to our well-equipped Fitness Centre filled with lifecycles, treadmills, stair-steppers and weights and work out at your own pace as you enjoy spectacular ocean views.

Ramp up the benefits with specialized training (for additional cost):

Customized personal training: Certified personal trainers will work with you to develop a customized workout plan and lead you through individualized instruction. Take written material back home and keep it up! Customized Pilates instruction is also available.
Body Sculpt Boot Camp: Offered by the spa, this get-fit boot camp includes individual analysis with a personal trainer and four supervised group workouts.

Acupuncture (Spa)

A voyage is a great time to experience the benefits of this ancient Chinese system of healing. Acupuncture strengthens the immune system, fights disease and controls pain while dissolving accumulated stress and restoring the body's natural balance and energy.

Azamara’s acupuncturists are experienced practitioners licensed by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. A variety of treatments are available for pain management, smoking cessation, weight loss, stress reduction and more. After just one session, you may notice immediate benefits in circulation, heart, stomach, skin and mood. Please inquire at the Spa for scheduling and pricing.

Acu-Lift: A safe, painless and effective rejuvenating treatment for the face and body. This treatment improves muscle tone, increases circulation and cellular metabolism, and stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin. You'll see a more youthful look in moments, and improvements in skin texture and smoothness.
Nutritional Consultation: These hour-long nutritional consultations start with a thorough investigation into your diet and lifestyle. You'll come away with a personalized diet plan based on current nutritional research and a Chinese medical diagnosis. Personal physical concerns and constitutional sensitivities will be addressed, and you’ll have a pathway to better health.

Our acupuncture program at sea can also address chronic issues with supplemental nutritional advice. Only the purest, highest quality, chemical-free herbs are used to create these formulas. Most of the herbs used in production are organically grown to ensure safety and efficacy.

Dress Code

Appropriate attire on board Azamara® is always resort casual; there aren’t any scheduled formal nights. However, guests should always feel comfortable wearing formal attire if they so desire, but please note, no tuxedo hire is available on board.

No bare feet, vest tops, caps, swimwear, shorts or torn/distressed jeans are allowed in the main dining room or speciality restaurants.

When visiting museums, mosques, temples and churches it is appropriate (and in many cases mandatory) to dress conservatively. Women should wear trousers or skirts that cover the knees. Bare shoulders and sleeveless tops and shorts are often not permitted for men or women.

Please consider the expected weather conditions/temperatures when packing for your holiday.

Electricity

The on board voltage is 110/220 AC (maximum 1500 watts) so please take any necessary adapters (N. European and North America adaptors will both work). Hair dryers are provided in all staterooms throughout the Azamara fleet. Please note: if you are bringing any medical equipment with you that requires mains power, please ensure you check the power requirements with our Special Services team in advance of your cruise.

Wi-Fi

All Azamara ships have wireless Internet access, available around the ship. Internet minutes can be purchased in various packages, depending on the number of minutes you plan on using while on board.

Laundry

Self-service laundry facilities are available on board both Azamara ships on Deck 7 (midship) free of charge. Additionally, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available on board, and prices vary by service and garment type.

Age Restrictions

Azamara® accepts guests of any age*, but discourages families from sailing with children under 18 years of age, as the on board ambience and experience caters to adults and there are no activities for children or baby-sitting services available.

Please note: we have a medical centre on board which is staffed by a fully qualified doctor; however our doctors are not paediatricians. Guests must therefore bring on board an adequate supply of specific medications they need for all members of their family.

Room Service

It is available 24 hours a day whether you want an extra blanket or a midnight snack. Room service is complimentary, although you may wish to offer a gratuity to room service staff. A full breakfast is available between 6:30 am–10:00 am in guests’ staterooms.

Alcoholic Beverages

The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Azamara® ships is twenty-one (21). However on International cruises departing from ports in Europe, Asia, South America and Australasia, where the legal drinking age is typically lower, the minimum drinking age is lowered to eighteen (18). All guests must agree to comply with Azamara’s Guest Conduct policies. We reserve the right to vary minimum age limits without notice where local laws require or where deemed desirable or necessary. Within the territorial waters of some countries on your itinerary or the embarkation port, the on board shops may be closed or alternatively restrictions may be imposed on some items available for purchase. Please note: some of our cruise itineraries call exclusively upon EU ports of call and for such cruises we are required to charge VAT (value added tax) on certain on board goods and services depending on the VAT regulations of the home port country or the country of a port of call. Such VAT is charged on goods and services at the point of sale and is subsequently paid over to the country charging the VAT.

You may bring your own spirit, beer or wine for private consumption in your suite or stateroom. If you wish to consume your spirit, beer or wine in any shipboard restaurant, bar or dining venue, each bottle is subject to a corkage fee of $10.

Medical Centre

There is a medical centre on board our ships, which is staffed by a fully qualified doctor and a minimum of one nurse. The medical services available and medications kept on board are extremely limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any specific medications they need. Our medical facilities are not intended or designed to serve as a clinic for guests. There is a charge for all medical services and adequate travel medical insurance is strongly recommended. Charges must be paid on board ship and claims for reimbursement should be directed to your travel insurers. Charges are based upon US Government Medicare Physician Fee schedules. The medical centre provides complimentary motion sickness tablets if required. We are not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment or services furnished by shipboard medical personnel.

Smoking Policy

Each of Azamara® ships have a designated smoking area. This area is located on the portside forward section of the Pool Deck. Smoking areas have signs indicating that smoking is permitted there. All other areas of the ships are non-smoking. This includes Public Rooms, Restaurants, Pool Deck, Staterooms and Suites, Balconies, Corridors and Halls. For the comfort of all of our guests, we request strict adherence to this policy, and thank all of our guests for their cooperation. Changes may be introduced where countries that we are sailing to/from enforce their own local smoking regulations.

Mobility Disabilities

For getting on and off our ships, we’re happy to provide complimentary wheelchair assistance. For your time onboard, you’re welcome to bring your own scooter, wheelchair, or other mobility device from home, or rent one to be delivered to your stateroom from the following companies. Due to safety reasons, Segways may not be used onboard.

To keep doorways, corridors, and lobbies clear for all guests, assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and charged in your stateroom. When parked throughout the ship, we ask that you park your device out of the way to allow safe and easy access for other guests and crew members.

Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. We offer accessible staterooms with doorways at least 32 inches wide to accommodate larger devices. If you have an assistive device larger than 32 inches wide, please contact our Access Department for assistance.

Note: Crew members are not permitted to lift assistive devices.

Service Animals

Cruising With Your Companion

Your service dog is welcome onboard, and we make every effort to ensure your comfort and theirs. Please note we do not accept pets.

A service dog is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability."

Our Commitment

Evidence that a dog is a service dog (such as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses and/or tags) is not required, but is helpful for our staff and crew.

We provide 4 foot by 4 foot relief areas with cypress mulch to accommodate service dogs. Relief areas are provided on a shared basis with other service dogs onboard. For sailings from the U.S., sod can be provided if ordered in advance and is available.

Please notify our Access Department as early as time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing if a relief area is needed.

Your Responsibility

Service dogs are permitted to accompany their owner in all public areas, including dining venues. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools or spas.

Care and supervision of your service dog is your sole responsibility. It is also your responsibility to provide food and care for the dog.

With advance notice, we can accommodate most special dietary needs. Please update your reservation on our Manage My Reservation tool, or submit your request in writing no later than 40 days before US sailings, and 80 days before all other sailings.
