Britannia isn't just the biggest ship ever built for the British market – she’s glamorous too, combining the excitement of cruising with the sophistication of a five-star hotel.

Accommodation

The boutique style cabins are more stylish and comfortable than ever with soothing colours, bespoke artworks from British artists and large flatscreen TVs for films on demand. They've ensured that all the outside rooms have balconies and they've included 27 single cabins, many of which will have balconies.

Bathrooms have glass shower screens and pamper packs from The White Company. The inside and outside cabins are perfect for those who prefer to be out and about enjoying the ship. Then there’s the balcony cabins. There’s nothing quite like stepping out into your own private space where you can dine throughout the day and unwind in the ultimate room with a view. The spacious Mini-Suites come with added luxuries including comfy sofas, whilst butler-serviced Suites feature a lounge for entertaining, a dressing area and broad balcony with steamer loungers.

Sindhu

Sindhu will showcase an elegant fusion of Indian and British cuisine featuring sublime flavours. The Soft Shell Crab and Squid Salad is sure to be a favourite. Guests will also be able to order from a lighter menu for a more informal bite to eat, or sample one of the exotic cocktails from the equally chic bar.

Meridian Restaurant

Oriental Restaurant

Taking its name from the 'O' in P&O (Peninsular and Oriental Steam Company), this elegant and welcoming dining room is all about enjoying the friendly atmosphere and company of table companions. Decorated in rich bronzes and golds, The Oriental Restaurant has an understated elegance and seats almost 500 people in stylish comfort. Huge ocean-view windows on three sides frame views of the ship's wake, while delicately crafted dishes are beautifully presented at the table. This is truly a world-class dining experience to be savoured in every sense.

Peninsular Restaurant

Taking its name from the 'P' in P&O (Peninsular and Oriental Steam Company) The Peninsular Restaurant seats almost 500 people. Adorned with a wall length mural of 'The Journey of Odysseus', guests will find classy and contemporary décor with exquisite surroundings, as well as an enticing menu night after night. Large windows on either side provide magnificent views as guests dine on the superb cuisine. And don't miss the decadent chocolate buffet!

The Grill

Raising the curtain on the digital era. Britannia introduces a new era of on board entertainment. With its stunning LED backdrop, her theatre offers dynamic shows and the slickest of production values.

Headliners theatre incorporates the very latest technology including the LED screen wall providing a change of scenery in the blink of an eye, creating a truly unique and immersive experience.

The Limelight Club

A first for P&O Cruises, The Limelight Club is an adults only venue that combines great food with dazzling entertainment – a feast for all the senses!

The surroundings are sumptuous and you can expect a lively and enjoyable evening in the company of some great performers that you won’t see anywhere else on the ship - and all while you enjoy the delights of the modern European menu. 

Later in the evening, The Limelight Club turns into a late-night dancing venue, so you can enjoy a full evening's dining and entertainment without having to move around the ship. The dress code matches the laid-back atmosphere and it is smart casual every night, even on a black tie evening - a great choice for those seeking a less formal evening.

The three tier feature Atrium is just the place for a coffee and a spot of people-watching. From the revitalising hydrotherapy pool, to the state of the art gymnasium, there's plenty of facilities onboard to refresh your mind, body and soul. Passengers can enjoy luxury massages and treatments in the Oasis Spa, or head out to the top deck sports court for a spot of tennis.

Sports Court (Sports Court)

Whether you enjoy the friendly competition of an organised tournament or prefer to play casually with your own party, short tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and cricket are just some of the options available in the Sports Court. And just aft of the Sports Court you will find the golf nets, where you can perfect your swing, using your own clubs or those provided.

Gymnasium (Gym)

Passengers can watch the waves as they work out with all the latest equipment, including exercise bikes, rowing machines, running machines, steppers, resistance machines and a range of weights. 

The below classes are charged at an additional cost of approximately £7 per person per class and can be booked on board:

Oasis Spa (Spa)

With superb ocean views and relaxing cream décor, the tranquil Oasis Spa is the perfect place to relax and be pampered. In the treatment rooms you can enjoy private ocean views as you succumb to a relaxing massage.

Also linked to the Oasis Spa is the hydrotherapy pool, which offers a hydromassage; a type of treatment that increases circulation, eases tension and aids restful sleep. Flooded with light via a pyramid skylight, the hydropool lies in the centre of several tiled columns. Alternatively passengers can head for Arcadia's thermal suite on the starboard side where they'll find three steam rooms, a sauna and a heated swimming pool.

The fully equipped salon is the perfect place for those who want to look their best. Located in the spa, passengers can try a new colour or style in the hands of fully trained stylists.

Enjoy a leisurely dip in the pool or simply relax on deck and soak up the sun on one of our sun loungers...

  • Riviera pool - Outdoor pool, located on Lido Deck. Has two ladders with 7 steps
  • Lido pool - Outdoor pool located on Lido Deck. Has 10 downwards steps and a ladder with steps.
  • Serenity pool - Outdoor pool 1.2 to 1.8 meters deep. Located on Sun Deck - adult only
  • Terrace pool - Outdoor pool (reserved for teens in school holiday. 1.1 meters deep. Located on Sun Deck aft. You have 7 steps to climb to reach pool then has ladder with 5 steps to get in
  • Hydro therapy pool - Located on Deck 5. You have 3 steps to get up to the pool and then 9 steps to get into the pool. (Charges apply as this is an indoor pool part of the spa)
Sun loungers - there are a number of sun loungers on deck if you want to sit back and relax by the pool

The Retreat (Spa)

The Retreat, Britannia's alfresco spa terrace has it all. By day, sit back and relax on one of the inviting shaded cabanas or indulge in a treatment. By night, enjoy its soft, twinkling lights and a glass of bubbly beneath the stars.
